INGREDIENTS

1 cup brown sugar
1 (405g)can crushed pineapple
1 teaspoon mixed spice
1 cup plain flour
1 cup self-rising flour
2 eggs
4 cups mixed dried fruit, apples, pear, apricot sultanas, peaces

INGREDIENTS

400 g spaghetti
2 teaspoons olive oil
250 g bacon
2 tablespoons vermouth
284 ml double cream
1 cup fresh parmesan cheese
3 eggs
black pepper
nutmeg

INGREDIENTS

2 courgettes
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
2 red onions
1/2 aubergine
20 ml olive oil
15 ml balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
tomato puree
fresh ground black pepper
1 teaspoon dried oregano
salt

Jan’s Pan Fried Chicken, Bacon and Feta Cheese

INGREDIENTS

250 g bacon
2 chicken breast fillets
200 g feta cheese
