4 tablespoons melted butter

1/2 cup sugar
1 large egg yolk
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon crushed anise seed
1/2 cup strawberry jam
1/2 cup powdered sugar

Blackberry Jam With Port

INGREDIENTS

5 pints blackberries , washed & picked over
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
6 cups sugar
2 1/2 teaspoons calcium water (comes with pomona’s pectin)
2 1/2 teaspoons pomona’s universal pectin
