Impossible Fruit Pies

INGREDIENTS

3 cups fresh fruit, chopped if needed
4 eggs
1/2 cup Bisquick
3 tablespoons butter , melted
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup milk
powdered sugar (for garnish)

DIRECTIONS

Heat oven to 375 degrees.
Grease 10" pan, put fruit in pan.
Blend all remaining ingredients (except Powdered Sugar) for 3 minutes.
Pour over Fruit. Let set for a few minutes. Bake 40 to 45 minutes.

After Pie is cooled, dust with Powdered Sugar.

Aunt Mary’s Impossible Mexican Pie

INGREDIENTS

1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 (1 1/2ounce)envelope taco seasoning mix
1 (14ounce)can green chilies
1 cup monterey jack cheese
1 1/4 cups milk
3/4 cup Bisquick
3 eggs
1/2 teaspoon red pepper sauce

DIRECTIONS

Heat oven to 400 degrees.

Lightly grease 10 inch pie plate.

Cook and stir ground beef and onion in 10 inch skillet until brown; drain.

Stir in seasoning mix.

Spread beef mixture in pie plate.

Sprinkle with chilies and cheese.

Beat remaining ingredients until smooth.

Pour in pie shell.

Bisquick Impossible Pumpkin Pie

INGREDIENTS

1 (16ounce)can pumpkin
1 (13ounce)can evaporated milk
2 tablespoons margarine or butter , softened
2 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup Bisquick baking mix
2 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
2 teaspoons vanilla

DIRECTIONS

Heat oven to 350°FGrease pie plate, 9 inch or 10 inch.Beat all ingredients 1 minute in blender on high or 2 minutes with hand beater.Pour into pie plate.Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 50 to 55 minutes; cool.
