16 ounces frozen chopped spinach
1 1/4 ounces onion soup mix
1/2 cup parmesan cheese , grated

Holiday Hit Sweet Potato Cranberry Casserole

INGREDIENTS

4 large sweet potatoes
2 cups fresh cranberries
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons butter , melted
1/2 cup orange juice
TOPPING
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3 tablespoons cold butter

DIRECTIONS

Place sweet potatoes in a Dutch Oven & bring to a boil.

Holiday Cranberry Salad

INGREDIENTS

1 (12ounce)bag cranberries (frozen if possible)
4-5 medium jonathan apples
3 tablespoons orange juice
2 (1/3ounce)boxes cherry Jell-O (small)
2 cups sugar
1 cup crushed pineapple with juice

DIRECTIONS

Make jell-o according to package directions and let set.

Mix orange juice, pineapple, and sugar until sugar is dissolved.

Grind apples and cranberries in food processor.
