1/4 cup canola oil
2 eggs
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 cups whole wheat flour
2/3 cup Splenda sugar substitute or granulated sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
1/2 teaspoon salt

DIRECTIONS
