Warm Harvest Cranberry Dip

INGREDIENTS

1 cup Miracle Whip
1 (250g)package cream cheese , softened
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/2 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
1/2 cup toasted slivered almonds (optional)
1/2 cup sliced green onions

DIRECTIONS

Combine in pie plate, dressing, cream cheese, feta cheese, cranberrry sauce, almonds (optional) and green onions.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, stirring once while baking.

Serve warm with crackers or raw veggies.

Harvest Biscuits

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup butter or margarine , softened
1 cup pumpkin puree orcooked cooked mashed sweet potato (can be leftover)
1/2 cup milk
2 1/2 cups Bisquick baking mix

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 450.
Stir together butter or margarine and pumpkin or squash till smooth. Stir in milk.
Add Bisquick and stir to combine. Makes a soft, sticky dough.

1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup hershey’s cocoa
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

INGREDIENTS

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
2 cups dark red kidney beans , rinsed and drained
3 tablespoons walnut pieces , toasted
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
