Lite Graham Cracker Pie Crust

INGREDIENTS

10 large graham crackers (reduced fat or chocolate)
3 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons reduced fat margarine or light butter (unmelted and cut into pieces)

DIRECTIONS

INGREDIENTS

15 graham crackers
1/2 lb unsalted butter
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 cup white sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Blueberry Graham Pie

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
4 tablespoons sugar (1/4 cup)
1/3 cup melted butter or margarine
2 (540ml)cans blueberry pie filling (two 19-ounces cans will work fine)

Grandma’s Brown Bread (Graham Bread)

INGREDIENTS

2 cups graham flour (whole wheat flour)
1 cup white flour
1 teaspoon baking soda (NOT baking powder)
1 cup molasses (dark is excellent..light OK too)
1 cup milk
1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.

Grease medium sized loaf pan.

Mix dry ingredients together.
