3 tablespoons cocoa
2 tablespoons butter , melted
1 cup powdered sugar
3 tablespoons warm water
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
DIRECTIONS
Melt your butter.
Add all other ingredients.
Stir until well mixed and smooth.
Add more water if you want it thinner at this point.
If using as icing and you think it’s too thick just let it sit for a few minutes.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup confectioners’ sugar
1 tablespoon light corn syrup
2 tablespoons water or milk
food coloring
1 teaspoon vanilla
DIRECTIONS
Stir sugar, corn syrup, vanilla and the milk together.
Stir in food coloring a few drops at a time until you reach the color desired.
This glaze must be stirred each time you use it or dries with a mottled look.
