For mix
3 cups self-rising flour
3 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons dried dill
Additional Ingredients
12 ounces beer (or 12 oz. unflavored seltzer)
1/2 cup butter , melted

To make mix: Combine first 3 ingredients and place in an airtight container.

To bake: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.In a large mixing bowl, combine mix with beer (or seltzer) with a wooden spoon.The batter will be lumpy, don’t overmix.

2/3 cup chopped pecans
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder

1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
