3 1/2 ounces instant vanilla flavor pudding and pie filling
1 (8ounce)package cream cheese , softened
1/4 cup butter , softened
1 teaspoon vanilla

Tequila Ghost

INGREDIENTS

2 ounces tequila
1/2 ounce anise-flavored liqueur (i.e. sambuca, pernod)
1/2 ounce lemon juice
club soda

DIRECTIONS

Combine Tequila, Anise and lemon juice in a shaker with ice.
Shake well.
Strain into a highball glass over ice.
Top with a splash of club soda.

Ghost Pirate Pizza

INGREDIENTS

1 (8ounce)package pepperoni
12 inches pre-baked prepared pizza crust
1 cup pizza sauce
2 slices cheddar cheese
2 slices swiss cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 green pepper (optional)

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven and prepare shell according to pakage directions.

Spread on pizza sause and place pepperoni on top.

Decorate with ghost shaped cheese slices, use mozerella cheese and peperoni to make your pirate ship.

Bake pizza acording to shell directions or until cheese is melted.

Ghost Eater’s Queso Blanco

INGREDIENTS

1 tablespoon butter
1/2 cup onions , chopped
1 teaspoon garlic , finely chopped
1/2 lb white American cheese , shredded
1/2 lb white jalapeno pepper cheese, shredded
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream

DIRECTIONS

Meanwhile, melt butter in 3-quart saucepan until sizzling; add onion and garlic.
Cook over medium heat until softened.
Reduce heat to low; add cheeses and milk.
Cook, stirring occasionally, until cheeses are melted.
Add sour cream; mix well.
Cook until heated through
Serve warm dip with bone crackers.
