1 green pepper
1red pepper
2 stalks celery
10baby carrots
1/2of a large jicama (peeled and chopped)
1 cucumber
8 tomatoes
4 garlic cloves
1 bunch fresh cilantro
2fresh jalapeno peppers
1/3 cup fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
DIRECTIONS
Chop and combine above ingredients.
Dress with fresh lime juice and olive oil.

3 large tomatoes , diced
1 large onion , diced (I use a sweet onion)
2 tablespoons fresh jalapenos, diced
1/2 cup fresh cilantro , chopped
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon white vinegar
DIRECTIONS
Mix all ingredients in a large container until well blended.Allow to sit overnight for best flavour.
