Favorite Fudge

INGREDIENTS

12 ounces evaporated milk
4 ounces butter or margarine
4 cups sugar
12 ounces chocolate chips
7 ounces marshmallow creme

DIRECTIONS

Combine evaporated milk, butter and sugar in large saucepan and cook to 234 degrees or until it forms a soft ball in cold water. Stir often.

Remove from heat and fold in chocolate chips and marshmallow creme.

Pour into greased pan (about 8" x 13").
Refrigerate until firm.
Cut into squares.

Whipped Fudge

INGREDIENTS

1 (12ounce)can evaporated milk
4 cups sugar
3/4 cup butter (1.5 sticks of butter)
1 1/2 (12ounce)bags chocolate chips , 12 oz bag (or flavor of your choice-white chocolate, butterscotch, mint chips)
1 teaspoon vanilla or peppermint extractor orange extractor coconut extract, whatever your taste preference is
1 cup of chopped nuts (your choice-walnuts, pecans, pistachios etc.) (optional)

Easy Chocolate Fudge

INGREDIENTS

4 cups sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 (12ounce)can evaporated milk
1 (7ounce)jar marshmallow creme
1 (12ounce)bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla

DIRECTIONS

In a heavy bottom pan on medium heat combine the sugar, butter and milk.

Stir constantly until comes to a boil, then keep stirring on an easy boil for another 7-8 minutes.

Fudgilicious Easy Fudge

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/3 cup water
1 (16ounce)package powdered sugar
1/2 cup nonfat dry milk powder
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 dash salt
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

DIRECTIONS

In a small saucepan heat together butter (or margarine) & water just to boiling, stirring to melt butter (or margarine).

Sift together powdered sugar, dry milk powder, cocoa powder, & salt into large mixing bowl. (If powdered sugar is lumpy, sift again).

Add melted butter mixture.

World’s Best Peanut Butter Fudge

INGREDIENTS

4 cups white sugar
1 cup milk
1/2 cup butter
1 (7ounce)jar marshmallow creme
12 ounces peanut butter
2/3 cup all-purpose flour

DIRECTIONS

Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish, set aside.
In a saucepan, combine sugar, milk, and butter. Bring to a boil, and cook 5 minutes. Remove from the heat. Stir in the marshmallow creme and peanut butter. Gradually stir in the flour. Spread into the prepared pan, and let cool.
