Frozen Orange Juice Jelly

INGREDIENTS

2 (6ounce)cans frozen orange juice concentrate
2 1/2 cups water
4 1/2 cups sugar
1 (1 3/4ounce)package powdered fruit pectin

DIRECTIONS

Thoroughly mix orange juice concentrate with water and pectin in large saucepan.
Stir constantly over high heat until bubbles form around edge.
Add sugar all at once.
Bring to full rolling boil and boil hard 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat; skim.
Pour into sterilized jars. Fill to within 1/2 inch [...]

24 navel oranges
16 ounces dark chocolate ice cream orfudge fudge chocolate ice cream
24whole cinnamon sticks

DIRECTIONS

Cut off the top of the oranges and gently hollow out the pulp, leaving a thick shell.
Hollow pulp out of cut-off tops too.
Carefully cut Jack-O’Lantern faces into each orange.
Freeze hollowed shells for at least 1 hours.

Grand Marnier gives an extra kick to the frozen orange mousse, and pistachios make the crust crunchy. Start preparing this at least a day before you plan to serve it.
