T.g.i. Friday’s B-1b (Drink)

INGREDIENTS

1 ounce vodka
1 ounce Kahlua
1 ounce irish cream (bailey’s)
1 ounce Amaretto

DIRECTIONS

Fill a shaker half full with ice cubes.
Pour all ingredients into shaker and shake well. Fill a Highball glass almost full with ice cubes and strain drink into Highball glass.
Garnish with a Maraschino cherry.

T. G. I. Friday’s French Onion Soup

INGREDIENTS

2 tablespoons butter or margarine
4 cups onions , sliced
3 cups beef broth
1 1/2 cups water
1 tablespoon cooking sherry
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 dash dried thyme
1 cup croutons , soft
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese , shredded

DIRECTIONS

Melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Add onions and cook 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add beef broth, water, sherry, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, and thyme to pot.
Increase heat and bring to boil, then reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
Divide into bowls.

T.g.i. Friday’s Mudslide (Mud Boy Recipe)

INGREDIENTS

5 ounces Kahlua
5 ounces irish cream , Bailey’s
5 ounces Absolut vodka
2 ounces chocolate syrup

DIRECTIONS

Pour ingredients into a blender filled with ice.
Blend on high until smooth.

Serve in a tall glass. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS

2 1/2 cups flour (dough)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup hot water
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 lb ground pork (filling)
2 tablespoons Kikkoman soy sauce or tamari soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 1/2 teaspoons ginger , grated fresh
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1 dash salt and pepper, to taste
3 green onions , chopped
1 egg
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 (9ounce)can water chestnuts , finely chopped
1 garlic clove , minced
1/2 cup Kikkoman soy sauce (Dipping Sauce)
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
1 teaspoon chili oil (OR a small spoonful of Hunan sauce)
1 green onion , finely chopped (greens too)

1/2 banana (ripe)
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
1 scoop ice (crushed)
1 ounce banana liqueur
1/2 ounce chocolate syrup
1/2 ounce whipped cream

DIRECTIONS

Blend until thick & creamy. Top with Whipped Cream.
Garnish with banana slices & cherry.

Serve with large soda straws in tall wine glass.
