1 cup beer
1/4 lb butter
1 cup sifted flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 eggs
1 (17ounce)can crabmeat
1 (8ounce)package cream cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 bell pepper , chopped
2 (14 1/2ounce)cans black beans , rinsed, drained, and mashed
