1 cup ruby port
6 tablespoons honey
6 ounces soft fresh goat cheese
8ripe figs
1/2 cup walnuts , toasted and chopped

1 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 cups pink champagne

Combine water, sugar and lemon juice in a saucepan.
