Easiest Crabby Crab Cakes

INGREDIENTS

1 lb crabmeat
1 tablespoon parsley , chopped
1 teaspoon green peppers , chopped
2 eggs
1 slice bread, thick stale cut into small cubes
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
ground black pepper (generous shake)
sweet butter (to fry in)

DIRECTIONS

In large bowl, mix all ingredients together well.

Shape into 8 cakes and saute in sweet butter until both sides are crisp and brown.

INGREDIENTS

1 teaspoon olive oil
2 small onions , chopped
1 tablespoon roasted garlic , minced
1 lb lean ground beef
1/2 lb Italian sausage
1 (14 1/2ounce)can fire roasted tomatoes
1/2 large tomato , diced
1/2 cup root beer
1 cup strong coffee
1/2 (6ounce)can tomato paste
3 beef bouillon cubes
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon cumin
1 tablespoon cocoa
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon cayenne
1 teaspoon coriander
1 teaspoon salt
1 (15ounce)can white beans
3 dashes Tabasco sauce
1/2 cup taco sauce

DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients in crockpot.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours. (the longer the better).
serve with saltine crackers, cheese and sour cream.

INGREDIENTS

1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
2 large eggs

DIRECTIONS

Mix all three ingredients together until smooth.

Drop by spoonfuls onto a silicone baking mat or parchment paper.Press down with a fork to a traditional peanut butter cookie design.

Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.If they start to brown, they are almost overdone.
