Thousand Island Dressing

INGREDIENTS

6 hard-boiled eggs
20 ripe olives , pitted
1 quart mayonnaise
1 cup catsup
8 ounces sweet relish
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon white pepper

DIRECTIONS

Chop up eggs and olives.

Mix with all other ingredients except mayonnaise.

Fold in Mayonnaise gently.

Keeps in refrigerator for 2-3 weeks.

Shogun Japanese Salad Dressing

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
white pepper (to taste)

DIRECTIONS

Using a whisk blend all ingredients.Better if made ahead of time.
