INGREDIENTS

2 tablespoons corn oil
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 cup water
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 cups white flour

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Combine oil, peanut butter and water
Add Flour 1 cup at a time
Knead into firm dough.
Roll dough to ¼ inch thickness and cut with small bone shaped cookie cutter or any fun shape
Bake for 20 minutes.
Keep leftovers in an airtight container or a large plastic bag.

2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 large white onion, thinly sliced
8hot dog buns, wrapped in foil and warmed in 350 oven for 10 to 15 minutes

Chili Cheese Dog Pot Pie

INGREDIENTS

2 cups biscuit mix
2/3 cup water
3 cups chili with beans
1/2 lb hot dogs, sliced
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

DIRECTIONS

Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

In medium bowl, mix together baking mix and water to form a smooth dough. Set aside.

Hot Dog Sauce

INGREDIENTS

2 lbs ground beef
1 (1 1/4ounce)package french’s chili-o seasoning
1/2 cup chili sauce
water , as needed

DIRECTIONS

Saute ground beef until browned.

Drain lightly, leaving some meat juices.

Finely mince ground beef - I use a food processor.

Transfer ground beef to saucepan.

Add chili sauce and French’s Chili-O seasoning.

Stir together well and heat through.

Add water to reach desired consistency.

Serve on hot dogs and hamburgers.

Homemade Dog Biscuits

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 cups wheat flour
1/2 cup cornmeal
1/4 cup dry milk
1/4 cup wheat germ
4 ounces baby food, meat-flavored
1/2 cup water
1 egg
1 tablespoon peanut oil

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 325°F.

Mix together all dry ingredients in a medium size bowl.

Mix together all wet ingredeints in a small bowl.

Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.Batter should feel like biscuit dough.
