INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 cups egg substitute
2 tablespoons artificial sweetener
2 tablespoons vanilla
2 (12ounce)cans evaporated skim milk
3 cups half & half light cream
1 tablespoon brandy extract
nutmeg

DIRECTIONS

Pour 1 1/2 cups egg substitute into a bowl.
Add artificial sweetener, and mix on medium speed until light and fluffy.
Gradually blend in vanilla, evaporated skim milk, fat-free half and half, and Brandy extract.

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 teaspoons yeast
1/4 cup nonfat dry milk powder
1 1/4 cups bread flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup soy flour
2 tablespoons wheat germ
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon honey (Use the spoon you used for the oil, and the honey won’t stick to the spoon!)
1 cup water

DIRECTIONS

Follow manufacturer’s directions for order of ingredients.
Cook on white bread cycle.
