2 eggs

3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter , melted
1/4 cup cream

Sweet Potato Daisy Biscuits

INGREDIENTS

3 cups Bisquick baking mix
1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel
1 (3ounce)package cream cheese , cubed
1/2 cup cooked mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons orange marmalade

DIRECTIONS

Combine Bisquick and orange peel.Cut in cream cheese until mixture resembles coarse meal.

Add sweet potatoes and milk, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.

Turn dough out onto a surface dusted with baking mix.Shape into a ball and knead 4 or 5 times.Roll 1/2 inch thick.

Lazy Daisy Duff

INGREDIENTS

1/4 cup butter , melted in cast iron pan
1 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
2/3 cup milk
2 cups fresh fruitor frozen fruit

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Stir together dry ingredients.
Add milk and mix until just wet.
Spoon into the cast iron pan on top of the melted butter and sprinkle fruit on top.
Bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown.

Sage and Pineapple Daisy

INGREDIENTS

45 ml tequila
15 ml Frangelico
20 ml lemon juice , fresh
4 pineapple chunks , fresh
4 sage leaves , fresh
ice

DIRECTIONS

Muddle sage and pineapple in a mixing glass then add remaining ingredients.

Shake and strain into a chilled champagne saucer.

Garnish with a sage leaf.
