The milk chocolate frosting provides a subtle and delicious contrast to the dark chocolate cake. Either imported or domestic milk chocolate works well.
Makes 10 to 12 servings.

3 cups baked mashed sweet potatoes
1 cup sugar
2beaten eggs
1/3 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup margarine
1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped pecans
