INGREDIENTS

9 inches unbaked pastry shells
1 (8ounce)package cream cheese , Softened
1 (14ounce)can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup lemon juice
3 tablespoons light brown sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 (16ounce)can whole berry cranberry sauce
1/4 cup cold butter (or Margarine)
1/3 cup unsifted flour

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour or
1 2/3 cups freshly ground soft wheat flour or oat flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt

In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients. Combine bananas, sugar, egg and butter; mix well.
