INGREDIENTS

1 (2 1/2lb) broiler-fryer chickens , cut in pieces
3/4 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1 1/2 cups plain yogurt
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 teaspoons flour
1/2 teaspoon basil

DIRECTIONS

Wash and dry chicken pieces. Place in shallow baking dish. Combine paprika, basil and garlic salt; sprinkle over chicken pieces.
In a small bowl, stir together 1/2 cup yogurt and soy sauce until smooth. Brush chicken pieces with yogurt mixture.

INGREDIENTS

2 lbs boneless chicken breasts
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon paprika
4 eggs
8 cups crushed Rice Krispies
vegetable oil, to fry chicken in

DIRECTIONS

Cut chicken into 1 x 1.5-inch pieces.
Scramble eggs with 1 tbsp of water.
Add seasonings to the flour.
Dunk the chicken in egg mixture then roll to cover in the flour mixture.
Funk the chicken back into the egg mixture.
