INGREDIENTS

4 corn tortillas
1/2 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
1/2 cup shredded longhorn cheese
1/2 cup shredded colby cheese
1 (4ounce)can chopped green chilies (optional)
1/2 cup sliced pimientos (optional)

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup white chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups oven-toasted crispy rice cereal (such as Rice Krispies)

Holiday Crisps

INGREDIENTS

3/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/3 cup butter , melted
6 soft taco-size flour tortillas

DIRECTIONS

Lay the tortillas slightly apart on non-stick baking sheets. (or cut into shapes).
Mix sugar and cinnamon brush tortillas with butter. Sprinkle on sugar mixture.
