INGREDIENTS

75 marshmallows
3 (6ounce)packages chocolate chips
1 (15ounce)can sweetened condensed milk
1 (7ounce)jar marshmallow cream
1 cup nuts, finely chopped

DIRECTIONS

Melt chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk and marshmallow cream in a heavy pan.

Using two forks, roll marshmallows in chocolate, then roll in chopped nuts.

Place on wax paper and cool overnight.

1 (14ounce)can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup butter
2 lbs confectioners’ sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 (10ounce)jars maraschino cherries , with stems and drained well
1 (11 1/2ounce)bag chocolate chips , I prefer dark chocolate
2 ounces paraffin wax, chopped (1/2 bar)

Combine all ingredients in a stand up mixer and mix until smooth.You will need to knock it down every so often.If you don’t have a mixer, use your hands.This is a very stiff dough.

INGREDIENTS

1 lb pretzels
1 lb dark chocolate (dipping style)
1 cup peanut butter
2 ounces butter , room temp
1 cup confectioners’ sugar

DIRECTIONS

Mix butter, peanut butter and confectioners sugar well.Should make a stiff paste.You can add more sugar if needed.

Press 1 tsp into bottom triangle of pretzel.

Dip into melted chocolate.I leave top of pretzel uncovered.

Place on waxed paper to dry.

Decorate with colored sprinkles, if desired, before chocolate hardens.

1 (8 1/2ounce)bag pretzels (any size, any shape, even broken!)
miniature marshmallows

DIRECTIONS

Spread out pretzels on 2 waxed paper covered cookie sheets.
Sprinkle marshmallows over pretzels.
In 2 cup measuring cup, microwave 1 cup dark choco wafers approximately 60 seconds, stirring after 30 seconds.
