2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 cup cottage cheese
1 medium banana
DIRECTIONS
Put 1 cup cottage cheese (lowfat) in a bowl, top with banana slices.
Shake about 1 tablespoon (or to taste) ground cinnamon then drizzle about 2 tablespoons worth of clover all purpose honey.
Take a spoon and enjoy!

1 cup yellow bell peppers , diced
1/4 cup green onions , diced

DIRECTIONS

place leaf lettuce on a tortilla and top with about 1 cup of cottage cheese and veggie blend.
