INGREDIENTS

2 lbs lean ground beef
1 large onion , chopped
4 garlic cloves , minced
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon coriander

1 tablespoon chili powder
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon vinegar
