Root Beer Float Cookies

INGREDIENTS

1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar , packed
1 cup butter , softened
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 eggs
2 teaspoons root beer extract
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda

4 cups powdered sugar
