2 (8ounce) tubes refrigerated reduced-fat crescent rolls
1 (8ounce)package reduced-fat cream cheese , softened
1/4 cup reduced-fat sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2-3 teaspoons prepared horseradish, creamy type
2 tablespoons finely minced onions
1/4 teaspoon dill weed
2 cups finely shredded lettuce
1 1/2 cups diced grape tomatoes
1/2-3/4 lb bacon , cooked drained and crumbled
1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 375.
Press crescent dough into a 10" x 15" cookie sheet.Pinch all seems together to form a crust.

Milk and Honey Cold Remedy

INGREDIENTS

8 ounces whole milkor 2% low-fat milk
1 1/2 tablespoons honey

DIRECTIONS

Microwave the milk in a mug until piping hot, or about 1 minute 30 seconds.
Stir in the honey completely, so that no honey is left sitting on the bottom and the milk turns a golden color.I use the measuring spoon to stir the honey in the milk.
Drink hot.

garlic powder
black peppercorns
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 cup red wine
2 tablespoons sherry wine
1/4 cup oil

Cold Taco Salad

INGREDIENTS

1 small red onion , chopped
1 large bell pepper , chopped
1 large tomato , chopped
1 large avocado , chopped
1 (3 7/8ounce)can sliced olives, drained
1 (15ounce)can kidney beans , drained
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 (16ounce)bottle Catalina dressing
1 (9 3/4ounce)bag Fritos corn chips, crushed

DIRECTIONS

Put first 6 ingredients in large bowl. (can be done ahead, except for the avacado).

When ready to serve, add fritos, cheese and Catalina Dressing.Mix well.

Cold Tomato Cream Cheese Crab Dip

INGREDIENTS

8 ounces cream cheese , softened
3 ounces crabmeat, drained and flaked
5 1/2 ounces tomato soup (or use 1/2 can)
1/2 dash lemon juice
1/2 dash garlic salt

DIRECTIONS

Puree in blender or vita mix or simply mix well.
Serve with vegetable dippers or crackers.
