Cheater’s Cobbler

INGREDIENTS

1 (20ounce)can pie filling (any fruit)
1 cup biscuit mix
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons margarine or butter , melted

DIRECTIONS

Heat oven to 400. Spoon pie filling into 8-inch square pan. Stir together biscuit mix, milk, sugar, and margarine with fork until blended. Drop by spoonsful on top of filling. Bake 20-25 minutes, until golden brown. Serve warm.

Crazy Corna’s Berry Cobbler

INGREDIENTS

1 (16ounce)can mixed berry pie filling
3 3/4 cups buttermilk pancake mixor baking mix
1/4 cup butter or applesauce
1 1/2 cups cold milk
3 cups frozen mixed berries , thawed (optional)

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 400°F.
Combine thawed, frozen mixed berries with pie filling.Place in oven safe baking dish.
Combine baking mix with butter (or applesauce for a low fat version).Cut or pinch butter into mix until lumps resemble coarse meal.
Drop biscuit mix on top of berries.

Fruit Cobbler

INGREDIENTS

1/4 cup butter
1 cup flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
8 tablespoons sugar
3/4 cup milk
4-5 large peaches , sliced (or 4-5 cups of strawberries)

DIRECTIONS

Melt butter. Mix dry ingredients, add milk. Pour into a 8×8 baking dish sprayed with Pam. Add fruit. (DO NOT MIX TOGETHER) Sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 350* for 50 minutes. Serve hot with hard sauce or ice cream.

If there is any leftover, ittastes even better the next day!

Super Easy Peach Cobbler

INGREDIENTS

2 (31ounce)cans peaches , drained
1 (18ounce)box yellow cake mix
1 cup butter

DIRECTIONS

In a 13×9 pan dump drained peaches.
Sprinkle entire cake mix evenly over peaches.
Melt both sticks of butter and drizzle it over cake mix.
Place in 400°F oven covered for 30 minutes.Uncover and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
Remove from oven; let cool as long as you can stand. Serve w/ vanilla ice cream [...]
