Stuffed Pork Chops in Mushroom Soup

INGREDIENTS

5 medium thick pork chops, split
1 cup dry breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons onions , chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/3 cup milk
1 (10 1/2ounce)can cream of mushroom soup

Combine bread crumbs, onion, salt, pepper and milk.

Pork Chops Luxembourg

INGREDIENTS

1/2 lb bacon
2 lbs sauerkraut
1 (15ounce)jar applesauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 cup dry white wine
1 dash black pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
6pork loin chops, 1-inch thick

DIRECTIONS

Dice bacon & saute until crisp.

Drain on paper towels.

INGREDIENTS

4-6pork chops (we generally use bone-in chops)
1/2-1 cup rice (depending on number of chops & people)
1/4 cup chopped green peppers
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 (16ounce)can chopped tomatoes or Rotel tomatoes (which ever you use I would puree in the food processor)
salt (to taste)
pepper (to taste)

Add water to tomatoes to equal approximately double than the amount of rice that you are making.
