INGREDIENTS

1/2 gallon neapolitan ice cream, softened
12chocolate-covered cherries, with liquid centers
12chocolate wafer cookies
2 (7ounce)bottles Magic Shell ice cream topping
1/2 cup raspberry jam
1/2 cup chocolate syrup
1/4 cup pistachio nuts , ground

Line a 1/2 sheet pan with parchment and put it in the freezer.
Use an ice cream scoop to proportion the bombs.

Cherry-Cranberry Chutney

INGREDIENTS

1 cup brown sugar
1 cup raisins (golden or regular)
1 cup fresh cranberries
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon cloves
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/3 cup white vinegar
1 (21ounce)can cherry pie filling
1 orange , whole

DIRECTIONS

Wash the orange and roll it on the counter beneath the palm of your hand to soften it a little.

Place all ingredients in a heavy-bottomed saucepan, leaving the orange whole.

Mix the ingredients well.

Bring to boil over medium to medium-high heat.

BLT Bites (Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes)

INGREDIENTS

20 cherry tomatoes
1 lb bacon (cooked and crumbled)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup chopped green onions
3 tablespoons parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons fresh parsley (snipped or dried)

DIRECTIONS

Cut a thin slice off of each tomato top.
Scoop out the insides and drain upside-down on a paper towel.
In a small bowl combine all other ingredients.
Spoon the mixture into the tomatoes.
Chill and serve.
Oh boy, are they good and pretty too!

Cherry Cream Pie

INGREDIENTS

1 1/3 cups sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 (21ounce)can cherry pie filling
1 graham cracker pie crust

DIRECTIONS

Mix together first 4 ingredients.

Stir until mixture thickens.

Whip cream and fold into the mixture.

Place in shell and top with cherry pie filling.

Chill until set (approx. 1 hours minimum).

Cherry Bomb

INGREDIENTS

1/4 ounce kirchwasser cherry flavored liqueur
3 ounces ketel one vodka
1/2 ounce vanilla vodka
1/2 ounce godiva chocolate liqueur

DIRECTIONS

Using a squeeze bottle, pour chocolate liquor into a martini glass in a circular motion.Pour cherry liquor into the center of the glass and put in the freezer.Mix and shake the vodkas and pour into the frozen glass.
Garnish with a maraschino cherry soaked in Godiva liquor.
