INGREDIENTS

2frozen bananas (cut in 1/2 inch pieces)
2 cups oat milk (or other non-dairy milk)
10whole decaf coffee beans
1 (14ounce)can light coconut milk
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3 tablespoons cacao, nibs

DIRECTIONS

Grind up the coffee beans, cinnamon and cacao nibs in a coffee grinder until finely ground.

In the cup of a large blender add the non-dairy milk, coconut milk, bananas and the coffee bean/cacao mixture.

INGREDIENTS

1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
3 small shallots (chopped)
1fire roasted peppers (I used the kind that is comes in a jar)
2 slices turkey bacon (chopped in small cubes)
1/4 teaspoon herbes de provence
1/2 cup nulaid egg substitute
salt and pepper (to taste)

Pampered Chef Italian Meatball Soup

INGREDIENTS

2 medium carrots
2 stalks celery
1 small onion
2 tablespoons tomato paste
4 garlic cloves , pressed
1 tablespoon italian seasoning mix
1 (28ounce)can crushed tomatoes in puree
2 cups beef broth
1 1/2 cups water
16frozen fully cooked meatballs
salt
fresh coarse ground black pepper

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup granulated garlic
1/4 cup kosher salt orflake flake salt (not iodized)
1/4 cup black pepper (not powdered)

DIRECTIONS

Mix all ingredients and store in an air tight container.

Red Chef Baked Spaghetti

INGREDIENTS

1 (16ounce)box spaghetti noodles
1 (12ounce)can spaghetti sauce
8 ounces Velveeta cheese

DIRECTIONS

Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
Add spaghetti to the boiling water and cook according to package directions.
While noodles are cooking cut the Velveeta cheese into chunks.
