INGREDIENTS
1 cup quick-cooking grits
2 tablespoons quick-cooking grits
3 cups water
1 1/2 cups corn (fresh or frozen)
3/4 cup Velveeta cheese , shreds (found in the cheese section)
salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS
In a medium sauce pan bring the water and grits to a boil, stirring constantly once they begin to thicken.
Add corn and cheese and stir until cheese is melted.
Salt and pepper to taste.

2 (16ounce)bags frozen southern style hash brown potatoes
2 (10 3/4ounce)cans cream of mushroom soup (or your choice)
1/2 cup milk
1 (24ounce)container French onion dip
1/4 cup butter or margarine (cut into pieces)
salt and pepper
2 (16ounce)packages shredded cheddar cheese
DIRECTIONS
In large bowl, place potatoes.Thaw in microwave on defrost.Add cream soup, milk and chip dip and 3/4 of shredded cheese.Place potato mixture into 9×13 baking pan.(may need to use additional small casserole dish in addition to 9×13 [...]
