Nutty Cheeseball

INGREDIENTS

2 (8ounce)packages cream cheese
1 (8ounce)bag finely shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup finely chopped green peppers
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
1 cup pecans , chopped

DIRECTIONS

combine all the ingredients except nuts. It is best to use your hands, shape into a ball and coat with chopped nuts.

Yummy, Easy, Cheeseball

INGREDIENTS

1 (8ounce)package cream cheese
1 bunch green onions
1 (6ounce)package corned beef
garlic powder
crackers

DIRECTIONS

Set out the cream cheese to let it soften.

Chop green onions thinly, reserve a small amount to the side.

Chop corn beef.

Mix cheese, onions, beef, and garlic together thorougly.

Form into a ball.

Roll ball into reserved green onions for looks!

Holiday Cheeseball

INGREDIENTS

2 (8ounce)packets cream cheese
1 bunch green onions
1 (8ounce)jar dried beef

DIRECTIONS

keep cheese out to soften, cut up green onion in small pieces and wash well, cut up beef in small pieces.
Mix all in a bowl and then shape into ball or other shape.
cover with foil andrefrigerate for 1 hr or 2 before serving with crackers.

Firehouse Cheeseball

INGREDIENTS

16 ounces cream cheese , softened
9 ounces meat, finely chopped
4 ounces onions , finely chopped
2 teaspoons lemon pepper seasoning
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon italian seasoning

DIRECTIONS

In a large bowl combine all ingredients using your hands.Place in referigerator for 20 min to solidify.

Remove from referigerator and form into a ball or loaf.(your choice).

At this point you can use the cheese ball.

1/4 lb corned beef (super thin sliced)
1 1/2 bunches green onions
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons Accent seasoning
