INGREDIENTS

2 (14ounce)cans black-eyed peas , heated and drained
1whole green pepper
1 small yellow onion
1 bunch green onions , and tops
1whole jalapeno
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 (3ounce)jar diced pimentos
1/2 cup ranch dressing

DIRECTIONS

Let the black eyed peas cool for 15 minutes.
Chop all the vegetables.
Mix all of the ingredients together and serve.
