INGREDIENTS

1 (8ounce)box chicken rice-a-roni
1 (10ounce)package frozen broccoli
1 (10 3/4ounce)can cheese soup
1 cup sour cream
1 (4ounce)can green chilies , chopped

INGREDIENTS

5 cups tortilla chips , coarsely crushed
2 cups sliced white mushrooms
2 tablespoons butter
2 teaspoons chicken bouillon
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (precooked)
2 (10ounce)containers buitoni alfredo sauce
1 cup sour cream

Sweet Potato Casserole Crunch Goodie

INGREDIENTS

3 cups baked mashed sweet potatoes
1 cup sugar
2beaten eggs
1/3 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup margarine
1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped pecans
2 1/2 tablespoons margarine , melted

DIRECTIONS

Mix first 6 ingredients for the filling.Place in a greased casserole dish (I use an 8×8).
