1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon cardamom seeds , ground
1 teaspoon fennel seeds
1/2 teaspoon salt

DIRECTIONS
Combine all of the ingredients in a pot and stir to coat the carrots evenly.
Set over a medium heat and cook, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes or until tender.

1/4 cup butter
1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed , crushed
salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 cup tequila
DIRECTIONS
Melt butter over low heat; add carrots; increase the heat to medium and cook carrots for 10-15 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally.
Add spices to taste and increase heat to high.
Pour tequila over carrots, then ignite using a long match.

2-3 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
2 tablespoons dry sherry
