140 g madeira cake
4 tablespoons unsweetened orange juice
2 (23g)packets sugar-free orange jello (Jello)
4 satsuma oranges , peeled and sliced
2 bananas
425 g prepared low-fat custard
200 g low fat fromage frais
8 tablespoons low-fat creme fraiche
star fruit or figs , to decorate

Layer cake slices on bottom of large bowl.Sprinkle over orange Juice.

1/2 cup cottage cheese , pureed in blender
1 tablespoon onions , minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs
2 teaspoons italian seasoning
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
2 large garlic cloves , minced
1 lb eggplants , unpeeled

Mix together cottage cheese, garlic, onion and salt in medium bowl and set aside.

INGREDIENTS

2 (1/2ounce)envelopes krusteaz alpine instant sugar-free apple cider mix
1 3/4 cups simmering water
1/3 cup caramel ice cream topping
1/2 teaspoon butter flavoring

DIRECTIONS

Add the cider to the simmering water and stir.

3 (5 1/2ounce)cans low-sodium tuna in water (albacore )
1-2 tablespoon light mayonnaise
3 tablespoons red onions , finely diced
2 teaspoons sweet pickle relish
2 teaspoons dill pickles , finley diced
1 tablespoon celery , finely diced
1-2 teaspoon dry ranch dressing mix
1-2 dash cavender’s all purpose Greek seasoning

1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup low-fat milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups low fat cottage cheese
