Honeyed Brussels Sprouts With Grapes

INGREDIENTS

2 quarts fresh Brussels sprouts
6 tablespoons butter
6 teaspoons honey
1 garlic clove , crushed
2 cups seedles red grapes , halved
salt
pepper

1 cup chicken broth
1fresh bay leaf
1/2 red onion , chopped
1/2 red bell pepper , chopped
