INGREDIENTS

1 loaf Italian bread, sliced into 1/2 inch thick slices
4 large tomatoes , diced
3 large onions , diced
3 garlic cloves , minced
1 teaspoon sugar
4 tablespoons sweet italian fresh basil , chopped
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil

DIRECTIONS

Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Spread sliced bread onto aluminum baking pan, drizzle with olive oil.
Toast bread 10-20 minutes, turning once.
