5 cups vanilla ice cream , slightly softened at room temperature for 15 minutes
1/4 cup crystallized ginger , chopped
3/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 (12ounce)bottles ginger brew

1/4 cup brown sugar (you can use Spenda brown sugar for a healthier option)
4 cinnamon sticks
2 quarts apple cider
2 quarts cranberry-apple juice (Ocean Spray is what I use)

36 ounces unsweetened apple juice
5 cups water
4 cups vodka
1/2 cup lime juice
1/2 gallon lime sherbet, softened
8 cups club soda, chilled
DIRECTIONS
Combine apple juice, water, vodka, and lime juice in a large bowl.
Cover and chill just before serving, spoon sherbet into a large punch bowl, slowly pour apple juice mixture and club soda over sherbet stirring gently.

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/3 teaspoon salt
3 1/2 cups milk
1 dash vanilla
1 dash cloves
cinnamon sticks
DIRECTIONS
Combine cocoa, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in pan.
Add the 1/2 cup hot water slowly.
Heat to boiling, stirring, and cook 2 minutes
Add milk; but do not boil.
Remove from heat, add vanilla and cloves.
