1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup vegetable shortening
1 cup plain yogurt
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons chopped mint leaves , fresh

Using a mixer; combine flour, baking powder & soda in the bowl.
Add shortening slowly and process until it resembles cornmeal.

1/4 cup yellow cornmeal
3/4 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup 2% low-fat milk
1/4 cup fresh mint (chopped fine)
1/2 cup fresh parsley (chopped fine)

1/4 cup water
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 egg
5 tablespoons canola oil
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350°F.
