2 cups all-bran cereal
1 1/4 cups low-fat milk
5 ounces baby banana puree (baby food)

INGREDIENTS

1 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup rice milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 1/2very ripe bananas , mashed
1 egg
1/2 cup quick oats

Apple Oatsie Bran

INGREDIENTS

1/3 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup low-fat milk or soymilk
1/4 cup wheat bran
1/2 apple , grated
2 tablespoons applesauce
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon vanilla
1/3-1 cup water

DIRECTIONS

Mix oats, milk, applesauce, and water (as needed).
Microwave for 1 minute.
