INGREDIENTS

1 ounce Fleischmann’s active dry yeast (1 envelope)
1/4 cup warm water (100 to 110 F)
1 teaspoon honey
3/4 cup warm milk (100 to 110 F)

1/2 cup butter or margarine , melted and cooled

INGREDIENTS

1000 g flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
100 g yeast
250 g softened butter
180 g sugar
350 ml milk
3 eggs
dried cranberries or raisins
1egg yolk
