Balsamic Chicken and Rice Bowl

INGREDIENTS

2 chicken breasts (I used Sanderson’s because they are not injected with nasty stuff and they are HUGE)
1 medium onion (chopped)
2 cups water
2/3 cup balsamic vinegar
salt and pepper (to taste)
2 cups cooked brown rice

DIRECTIONS

Cook your rice according to the package.
Meanwhile chop onion and cut breasts into cubes.

Creamsicle Oat Bowl

INGREDIENTS

1 orange
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup rolled oats
1/4-1/3 cup water

DIRECTIONS

Segment and slice orange (I use mandarins) into 3 pieces per segment. Place into bowl.

INGREDIENTS

1 cup brown rice
2 cups water
1 pinch salt
3 tablespoons sesame seeds
1 1/2 tablespoons vinegar
2 teaspoons wasabi (Japanese Horseradish)
