1/2 cup bourbon whiskey
1 lb boneless chicken thighs, meat cut into bite size chunks

1 lb chicken legs or chicken thighs (Cut in bite size chunks)
4 ounces soy sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Orange Bourbon Sours

INGREDIENTS

2 cups orange juice, preferably fresh
1/2 cup lemon juice , fresh
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup bourbon
ice (chipped)
orange slices, for garnish

DIRECTIONS

Combine juices, sugar, borbon and stir or shake until sugar is completely dissolved.

Pour drink over chipped ice and garnish with orange slices.

NOTE: This drink can be made in a blender with a couple of ice cubes.

INGREDIENTS

2 lbs chicken thighs , grilled whole then cut into bite-size pieces
1-2 tablespoon olive oil
1 garlic clove , crushed
1/4 teaspoon ginger
3/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 cup apple juiceor bourbon
1/3 cup light brown sugar
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1/2 cup water
1/3 cup soy sauce

DIRECTIONS

Add chicken pieces to grill and cook until lightly browned.
Remove chicken.
Heat oil in a large skillet.

Bourbon Glazed Smokies

INGREDIENTS

1 lb Little Smokies sausage
1 lb bacon
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup bourbon
1/2 cup chili sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 375.

Cut bacon into 1/3.

Wrap each smokie with bacon.

Secure with toothpick.

Bake til bacon is crisp.
