INGREDIENTS

4 large firm zucchini , with skin
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
3/4 cup ground almonds
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
3/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/4 cup fine dry breadcrumbs
