4 ounces crabmeat
coarse salt & freshly ground black pepper
2 slices bread, toasted (any type no bigger then 1/2 thick)
1 leaf romaine lettuce
4 slices tomatoes (use your favorite type)

BLT With Spicy Guacamole

INGREDIENTS

vegetable oil, for frying
8 slices Canadian bacon
4rolls, halved
1 large tomato , thinly sliced
2 1/4 cups arugula leaves , about 1 . 5 oz
for the guacamole
1 avocado , large and ripe
1 tablespoon red onions , finely chopped
1 teaspoon red chili , finely diced
2 tablespoons cilantro leaves , roughly chopped
2 teaspoons lime juice
sea salt
fresh ground pepper

2 heads lettuce , rinsed and chopped
2 large tomatoes , diced
1 (12ounce)package bacon , in 3/4-inch slices (I use turkey bacon)

INGREDIENTS

4 slices bacon
2 eggs
2 slices beefsteak tomatoes
4 leaves lettuce
2 slices provolone cheese
4 slices of toasted French bread
2 teaspoons mayonnaise
salt and pepper

DIRECTIONS

Cook bacon, saving the drippings. Remove to paper towels to drain.
Fry eggs in bacon drippings.
Arrange all ingredients on toasted bread, dividing evenly to make two sandwiches.

BLT Chicken Salad

INGREDIENTS
Dressing
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3-4 tablespoons barbecue sauce
2 tablespoons finely chopped onions
1 tablespoon lemon juice
pepper
Salad
8 cups lettuce , bite-size
2 large tomatoes , seeded & chopped
1 chicken breast , cooked, bite-size chunks
10 slices bacon , cooked & crumbled
2hard-cooked eggs, coarsely chopped
